LAY MINISTRY LEADERSHIP (LML) PROGRAM

Saskatchewan Synod – Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada

Equipping God’s People for Ministry

"To equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ." (Ephesians 4:12)

The Saskatchewan Synod Lay Ministry Leadership (LML) Program is designed to equip, empower, and support lay people in living out their baptismal calling through faithful leadership and service. Through the Saskatchewan Synod Lay Academy, participants deepen their understanding of Christian faith, strengthen ministry skills, and develop confidence to serve in congregations and communities. The program also provides a pathway for certification in specific areas of lay ministry.
