Children, youth, and Young Adult ministry
Watch this Space
The Synod has developed a strategy to involve and minister to children, youth, and young adults from infancy to age 31. More details to come!
Children's Ministry
The Saskatchewan synod seeks to create a safe, loving and welcoming environment where children learn about God’s love, grow in the faith, and are empowered to proclaim the gospel and be active in community where they practice the gospel by serving and loving the neighbour.
Through age-appropriate activities and caring leadership, children are guided in learning the love of Jesus in meaningful and engaging ways.
Youth Ministry
Rooted in Christ, growing in faith, and reaching out in love, the Saskatchewan Synod Youth Ministry empowers young people to grow in faith and in the gospel, live out their faith boldly, build inclusive communities, and serve with compassion in their local and global contexts. The Saskatchewan Synod aims to nurture and foster deeper faith in young people, leadership development, community engagement, justice & reconciliation, and a deeper sense of belonging in their local faith communities.
Young Adults Ministry
Young adulthood is the stage of life that typically spans from the late teens to the early 30s (from 18 – 35 years). It’s a period of significant personal growth, exploration, and transition.
The Saskatchewan Synod Young Adult Ministry seeks to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and Christ-centred community where young adults (ages 18–35) are empowered to grow in faith, deepen connections, serve others, and lead lives rooted in faith, hope, justice, and reconciliation.

National Events
The National Youth Project aims to help youth focus on learning about a particular social justice issue of concern. It is a joint project of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC) and the Anglican Church of Canada (ACC).
The phrase “And it was so” originates from Genesis 1, where it is used to signify the completion and fulfillment of Creation. Each time God speaks a part of creation into existence, the phrase is used to confirm that what was spoken has come to pass as intended— an affirmation of Creation’s power and purpose.
